We have no published case studies yet. VERITRAIL pilots with design partners are in progress. We will publish results when pilots are complete, when partners have approved what we say, and when we can support every figure with evidence.

We would rather show an empty page than invented logos, testimonials or statistics. A governance product that overclaimed about itself would be a poor guide to evidence.

What our case studies will report

When pilots conclude, each case study will describe, with the partner's approval:

Area What we will measure Evidence basis
Inventory Systems inventoried; share with confirmed owners and tiers; shadow AI reconciled Inventory exports and attestation records
Assessment Maturity at baseline vs. re-assessment, with evidence status of each finding Assessment records; reviewer sign-offs
Gap closure Findings by severity; share closed within SLA; exceptions with expiry Gap register history
Runtime controls Agents under policy; mode progression from Observe to Enforce; approval volumes Policy versions; decision and approval logs
Evidence Time to produce an evidence pack for a material system Timed exercises

We will report what did not work as well as what did. We will not describe any partner as compliant or certified as a result of using VERITRAIL.

Become a design partner

The design-partner programme is open to a small number of organizations in two tracks:

  • Pilot A — regulated enterprise with roughly 20–100 AI systems.
  • Pilot B — AI-forward SaaS company or GCC running agents with tool access.

Partners get early access, close support and influence over the roadmap; in return they share structured feedback and, if they choose, help shape a case study.

VERITRAIL controls cited

Framework mappings are indicative VERITRAIL interpretations (Control Library v1.0.0); they are not legal advice and do not establish conformity or compliance.
