VERITRAIL is early. We are working with a small number of organizations to test the product against real AI estates and real governance teams, and to shape what we build next. If you want influence over an AI governance platform — and are willing to tell us candidly what does not work — we would like to talk.

Two pilot tracks

Pilot A — Regulated enterprise Pilot B — AI-forward SaaS or GCC
Who Organizations in regulated sectors (for example financial services, healthcare and life sciences, public sector) SaaS and product companies, global capability centers and IT services firms
AI estate Roughly 20–100 AI systems, including vendor AI Agents with tool access in or near production
Focus Inventory, risk tiering, lifecycle gates, evidence and readiness against frameworks relevant to you Agent and tool registry, runtime guardrails, human approval, containment and customer-facing evidence
Lead modules Register, Assess, Control, Assurance Shield, Register, Agent
Key controls EI-01, EI-02, GL-02, GL-03, SE-05 EI-07, IS-11, IS-12, IS-13, IS-15

VERITRAIL controls cited

Framework mappings are indicative VERITRAIL interpretations (Control Library v1.0.0); they are not legal advice and do not establish conformity or compliance.

What partners get

  • A Governance Baseline-style starting point: inventory, validated maturity assessment, gap register and 90-day plan.
  • Early access to VERITRAIL modules and features before general release.
  • Direct access to the team building VERITRAIL, including regular working sessions.
  • Influence over the roadmap, control library and templates.
  • Draft runtime policies for in-scope agents (Pilot B).

What partners give

  • An executive sponsor and a named day-to-day lead.
  • Access to system owners for interviews and to existing governance documentation.
  • Structured feedback at agreed checkpoints — including on what is confusing, missing or wrong.
  • Optionally, agreement to co-author a case study once results are in. This is never a condition of participation.

What we will not do

  • Publish your name, logo or results without written approval.
  • Describe your organization as compliant or certified as a result of the pilot.
  • Take any high-impact action in your environment without your human approval.

Express interest

Use the form on this page and mention "Pilot A" or "Pilot B". Tell us roughly how many AI systems and agents you run and what is driving your governance work. We will reply to arrange an initial conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Is the design-partner programme free?
Commercial terms are agreed per partner and reflect the time both sides invest. We discuss them openly on the first call.
Will you publish our name or results?
Only with your written approval. Case studies are optional, and anything we publish will be reviewed by you and supported by evidence.
How is our data handled during a pilot?
Data handling, hosting, retention and access are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. We apply redaction before any external model call and keep a tamper-evident audit log of material actions.
