A working session, not a slide show. Tell us which scenarios matter most and we will walk through them in VERITRAIL — using illustrative data, or a description of one of your own systems if you prefer.

Typical agenda (45–60 minutes)

  1. Your context — what AI you run, what is driving governance work, who is involved.
  2. Inventory and triage — registering an AI system and an agent, suggesting a risk tier, and confirming it as a human approver.
  3. Lifecycle control — intake, assessment modules, approval with conditions, and change triggers.
  4. Runtime guardrails — an agent policy with default-deny tools, approval thresholds and redaction; moving from Observe to Enforce; triggering Contain.
  5. Evidence — the tamper-evident log, an evidence pack with evidence labels, and the gap register.
  6. VERITRAIL Agent — asking governance questions and drafting a gap register with control citations.

Scenarios we can focus on

Scenario Modules
"We need to know what AI we have and who owns it" Register, Assess
"We are putting agents with tools into production" Shield, Register
"An auditor or customer wants evidence" Assurance
"Approvals are inconsistent and slow" Control
"Our governance team needs leverage" Agent
